Remanufactured Cartridge Warranty
Printer Recharge Service warrants that our remanufactured cartridges are free of defects in material and workmanship until the toner cartridge is empty, or twelve months from the date of
purchase. If any Printer Recharge Service cartridge is found to be defective, we will, at our option, repair or replace the unit or refund the full purchase price. We also warrant that, subject to conditions stated
below and under normal use, our cartridges will not cause damage, abnormal wear, or deterioration to any compatible printers, copiers, or fax machines.
If a defect in a Printer Recharge Service cartridge causes damage to the printer, we will reimburse the customer for the full amount of repair of the affected machine. If a defective
cartridge does not cause damage to the printer, Printer Recharge Service is not liable for any charges incurred by an independent Technician.
This warranty is dependent upon the customer providing us with satisfactory evidence that the product failure was due to a defect in the Printer Recharge Service cartridge, including a
written statement on an authorised service Company's letterhead, dated and signed by the Company's field service representative. Return of the defective cartridge is required. Any sign of tampering with the
cartridge by non-authorised personnel could void this warranty.
We also reserve the right to inspect the printer, copier or fax prior to any repairs being undertaken.
Our liability hereunder shall be limited to replacement or reimbursement as provided above. This warranty is exclusive, and in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied,
including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
If you experience any printing problems contact Printer Recharge Service for immediate assistance. Goods returned without prior authorisation from Printer Recharge
Service will not be accepted.
